Mobile app users can now easily navigate through the list of Speakers and Exhibitors with sorting options. Both speakers and exhibitors can be sorted alphabetically; exhibitors also by booth number.

Customize the background color of the partners lineup on your event website. Find the settings under Website branding in your administration.

The feature Custom menu allows you to create additional content items in the menu of the app. This has proven to be a great way to share important information with attendees, all in one place.

One of our last improvements of the year 2023 enables event managers to limit access to particular menu items by hiding them from the public page.

With this update, you can create content that is exclusive to attendees who join your event.

Edit the automatic email invitation that will be sent to your attendees after publishing the event. Next to branding options, you can now change the email subject, title, body, and button, and create a message that is unique to your event.

This feature allows you to add a direct link to the ticketing platform of your choice. Once you insert the link in the website settings, visitors to your event website will see a "Get a ticket" button.

We hear from our customers, they would like to hide My Agenda screen for more simple events that has only one track.

This feature will hide the screen on our mobile apps. In such case, the interface for tickets will not be available.

Attendees can now include clickable links in their posts.

Import attendees including their detailed information through your event administration and pre-fill their profiles.

You can import .csv, .xlsx, xls, or .tsv files.

Workshops are special sessions with limited seats. Now you can open the detail of each workshop and export all participants, including their personal information and the time they booked a seat.

Creating and managing your event schedule has never been easier! Here are the improvements in administration that we introduced:

• Schedule zoom in/out
• Hide times before the first session
• Duplicate sessions
• Default session length

Eventee sends email invitations to all your attendees once you publish your event. This email includes the Magic link, ensuring your attendees join your event seamlessly.

Now you can turn these email invitations off, e.g. if you use your own emails to invite your attendees.

If you disable Eventee invitation emails, don't forget to share the link to your event with your attendees and provide proper guidelines!

In addition to our matchmaking feature, we added the option to browse a list of all networking participants and send requests.

Attendees can now browse the list of all speakers and open a detailed profile of each of them.

From now on, more complex events with multiple individual dates will work in Eventee. For example, a month-long event that takes place each Monday.

The administrator will be able to choose at what point will days be split. By default it is midnight, but you will be able to move it to 3 am for example, in case of music festivals or similar use cases.

This was quite a big task related to the new Eventee homepage. From now on, Eventee will provide a fully native mobile app, a free event homepage, and an intuitive web app. I'm so excited!

Many of you were not very pleased that we list all existing events in our app. We decided you are right so we were working for months on a new mobile app. Now we are almost ready to release it.

Attendee will not be able to see other events listed in Eventee by default, only those he was invited to join. The mobile app user will still be able to manually search all existing events in case he misses the e-mail invitation.

Admin will be able to set start and end parameters for each session. In such a case, the video/stream would be visible only during the session time.

The administrator will be able to delete or change the role of multiple users at once.

With this update, organizer will be able to pre-create whole attendees profile. If, for example you have your own signup form and send the data to us over API, Eventee invite user to access your event, but the user profile will be pre-filled.
